Service Description

DriverOnDoor provides professional drivers for personal and business travel. We facilitate driver services based on customer requirements such as hourly, outstation, one-way, and permanent driver services.

Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are considered confirmed only after communication via phone or WhatsApp.
• Service availability is subject to driver availability at the time of booking.
• Incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer may lead to booking delays or cancellation.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on service type, duration, distance, and timing. Additional charges may apply for:

• Night service (9 PM – 6 AM) — ₹200 surcharge
• Extra distance beyond included limits
• Overtime beyond the booked duration

The final fare will be confirmed during booking confirmation or via WhatsApp communication before the service begins.

Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and whether a driver has already been allocated.
• No refund is guaranteed once the service has started.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, drop, date, and time details at the time of booking.
• Ensure the vehicle is in a safe and operational condition for driving.
• Treat drivers with respect and professionalism throughout the service.

Driver Responsibility

• Drivers will operate the customer's vehicle as per standard and safe driving practices.
• Drivers are assigned for service purposes only and are not liable for personal obligations beyond the scope of service.

Liability Disclaimer

DriverOnDoor acts as a service provider connecting customers with professional drivers. We are not responsible for:

• The mechanical condition of the customer's vehicle
• Traffic delays or road conditions during travel
• Unforeseen incidents that occur during the service

Any disputes should be communicated to us for resolution. Our liability is limited to the coordination of the service.

Service Limitations

• Services are currently limited to the Delhi NCR region (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida).
• Availability may vary based on location and time of booking.

User Conduct

• Misuse of service, abusive behavior towards drivers or staff, or involvement in illegal activities may result in immediate service denial.
• DriverOnDoor reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at its discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the updated terms. Any material changes will be reflected on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
